A discussion of the Servicing participants in a CMBS transaction – Master, Primary and Special Servicers, and Operating Advisors. A description of roles, operational risk ratings, and current market challenges will be presented by two CMBS subject matter experts.

Rating and Surveilling a CMBS Transaction
This session will cover the rating agency process from new issuance to surveillance through the life of the transaction. It will provide the audience with a general understanding of how multi-borrower conduit transactions and single-asset/single-borrower (SASB) are analyzed and factors the rating agencies generally consider to arrive at rating levels.
