The Regulatory Sandbox - What it Means for Fintech Companies
Recognizing the important role financial technology can play in expanding credit availability and fostering innovative new products, regulators increasingly are open to the concept of a "regulatory sandbox," in which new financial technologies and products can be tested in a controlled environment with reduced regulatory risk. In this webinar, Ballard Spahr lawyers will be joined by prominent regulators, industry representatives, and academics to discuss this important topic. Among other things, we will discuss:
The concept of a regulatory sandbox, and the benefits and risks associated with using one
