Workplace Menopause Laws Demand New HR Playbooks

When two out of five people experiencing menopause symptoms have considered leaving a job—or actually left one—because of those symptoms, it seems incumbent upon employers and their human resources teams to undertake something harder than a policy update: the creation of a workplace culture where employees actually feel safe asking for the support that the law now contemplates.
