Wesley S. Stevenson

Wesley Stevenson is a member of the firm's Litigation Department, focusing on issues related to the environment and natural resources. She concentrates her practice on environmental litigation and assisting clients with issues of environmental regulatory compliance. Wes has experience representing businesses in complex environmental litigation, including cost recovery and contribution actions under CERCLA, and has served as common counsel for potentially responsible parties during remediation activities supervised by federal and state authorities.

Wes has advised industry actors with respect to permitting air compliance negotiations and enforcement matters. She also has experience handling environmental aspects of real estate acquisitions and regularly provides analysis of current and proposed environmental regulations.
