Representative Matters
- Represented housing and redevelopment authority and private affordable housing foundation in Minneapolis suburb providing financial support to affordable housing development project through tax increment financing, deferred loans, grants, and long-term ground leases
- Lead counsel for major mixed-used development project in Minneapolis North Loop neighborhood
- Negotiated joint venture agreement on behalf of developer for equity financing of a new $480 million, 37-story tower in Minneapolis, Minnesota with luxury condominiums, five-star hotel, and first-class office space
- Assisted developer with the development, construction, and build-to-suit lease for a new corporate headquarters on 40-acres in suburban Saint Paul, Minnesota
- Served as counsel to industrial property investors in acquisition and financing of value-add, multi-site industrial portfolios in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana
- Led new China-based manufacturer through process of acquiring greenfield site in North Carolina for new manufacturing facility and negotiation of related economic incentives
