Stacy H. Rubin has more than 20 years of experience representing financial institutions, creditors, and related entities on commercial litigation matters involving bankruptcy, consumer finance, and mortgage banking. She also represents clients in both state and federal jurisdictions across the country. Stacy provides comprehensive counsel throughout all stages of bankruptcy proceedings, guiding clients through disclosure statements, plans of reorganization, lease assignments, adversary litigation, and more. Stacy also has extensive experience prosecuting lenders' suits to collect loans and enforce loan agreements including applications seeking appointment of receivers, claim and delivery actions, and enforcement of guaranty contracts.
