William P. Reiley is an attorney in the Litigation Department. He handles all aspects of complex commercial and consumer financial cases, including class actions, in state and federal trial courts. He also regularly handles appellate matters.

In the consumer finance space, Will has experience with mortgage, credit card, debt collection, auto loan, and servicing matters. His clients include banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, and automotive lenders. These matters involve the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and state consumer credit and debt collection issues, among others. Will’s consumer finance practice also includes deposit fraud matters, including wire transfer and account opening disputes.
