
Monica Nugent is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on labor and employment matters. She advises clients on case development, litigation strategy, unique legal issues, areas of exposure, and opportunities for risk management.
Monica has extensive experience in the commercial construction industry analyzing various types of agreements, including owner contracts, subcontracts, operating and lease agreements, and complex purchase orders. She also routinely helps develop and analyze case strategy, coordinates discovery and document productions, and drafts pleadings and motions.
