John G. Kerkorian plays a critical role in moving Ballard Spahr forward through his firm leadership roles. Additionally, employers rely on his legal counsel as they protect themselves from unfair competition.
He is the firm’s Strategic Planning Partner, a member of the Executive Team of the firm’s Management Committee, and the former Managing Partner of the Phoenix office.
As a litigation attorney, John focuses on representing companies in employment-related disputes, with a focus on enforcing restrictive covenants and protecting trade secrets. Amid battles for talent, he helps companies keep business information, relationships, and property away from competitors.
John’s wide-ranging civil litigation experience also spans business torts, commercial acquisitions and investments, real estate and mortgages, partnership matters, business terminations, various types of contract breaches, harassment, and discrimination.
