
Fred G. DeRitis focuses his practice on Delaware Chancery Court litigation, Delaware Superior Court litigation, and all aspects of antitrust litigation and counseling. He advises clients on issues relating to Delaware law, governance of Delaware business entities, breaches of fiduciary duties, and other corporate and commercial litigation issues. Fred has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including mediations and other Alternative Dispute Resolution, discovery and trial work. His clients include numerous high profile individuals and entities, ranging from index-traded businesses to a USA Today Best Selling Author.
Fred also has both plaintiff and defendant side experience in federal litigation involving claims of Antitrust and Competition Practice and the Loss Recovery and collusive and monopolistic practices. He has also counseled numerous private and public companies regarding antitrust merger and acquisition concerns, including compliance with the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, for deals up to $1 billion.

- Represented a plaintiff individual investor and co-owner of an EB-5 investment company in Chancery Court alleging breaches of fiduciary duty, fraud, and other corporate governance claims.
