
David Chavez is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. During his clerkship for Judge Brenda Weksler, he worked on matters pending before the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada, including civil RICO, employment discrimination, and myriad matters under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
David has extensive experience researching federal and state statutes, rules, and case law. In addition, David has experience drafting motions, memoranda, discovery requests, and correspondence to clients and opposing counsel. Prior to law school, David was a classical musician. He has performed all over the country and Las Vegas Strip, including with the Las Vegas Philharmonic and as a soloist with the UNLV Symphony Orchestra and principal violist of the Henderson Symphony Orchestra.
