Haesun K. Burris-Lee

Haesun Burris-Lee is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, focusing her practice on antitrust and white collar matters. She has experience in areas including civil and criminal antitrust matters, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation. Her robust pro bono practice primarily concerns access to education.

Haesun served as a Ballard Spahr Legal Intern in 2020, where she created a comprehensive report about the legal benefits of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to public corporations. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she served as a federal judicial intern on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, preparing draft opinions and bench memos. She has also worked as a management consultant in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
