Nat Botwinick is a litigator who represents financial institutions, corporate clients, and individuals in government investigations, white collar defense matters, and internal investigations. He has significant experience successfully interfacing with the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal and state agencies.

Nat also has experience with securities litigation, class action defense, and financial products litigation. He drafts briefs and other filings, oversees investigations, prepares witnesses, and manages discovery. Nat has represented a wide variety of corporate and individual clients across industries, including leading financial institutions, hedge funds, cryptocurrency firms, and life sciences companies.
