The Los Angeles office is home to the co-leader of our Real Estate Finance Group and is the seat of our Bridge Lending Team. The counsel our real estate finance attorneys provide on loan origination, joint ventures, construction lending, and leasing matters has helped major projects countrywide become reality. On the litigation side, our lawyers represent commercial landlords and shopping center owners, managers, and developers in corporate disputes, and regulatory compliance and tenant bankruptcy matters. In the entertainment area, we represent clients in the film, music, television, online media, and publishing industries. In August 2019, a Media and Entertainment team from Leopold, Petrich & Smith joined the firm, adding additional strength in script-vetting, rights clearances, and copyright litigation.
