Scott D. Marty, Ph.D., an Intellectual Property Partner in Ballard Spahr’s Atlanta office, has been recognized as the Patent Strategy Attorney of the Year – South at the LMG Life Sciences Awards Americas 2022.

Now in its 10th year, The LMG Life Sciences Awards Americas 2022 aims to highlight the best legal practitioners via a thorough survey of the life sciences sector. Dr. Marty co-leads Ballard Spahr’s Life Sciences Industry Group.
