Health Care Regulatory Attorney Philip Legendy Joins Ballard Spahr

Philip E. Legendy, who represents health care companies in complex regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters, has joined Ballard Spahr’s Health Care team, firm Chair Mark Stewart announced today. He is resident in the firm's New York office.

Mr. Legendy has extensive experience advising on issues relating to the Affordable Care Act, Medicare Advantage, Original Medicare, the False Claims Act, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, and others. Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Legendy served as a Wall Street equity research analyst focused on companies in the medical devices space.
