ESG Work Takes Off at Big Law Firms as Clients Navigate Disclosure Requirements

The Legal Intelligencer wrote about how a new presidential administration's emphasis on disclosure is causing ESG work to take off at law firms. 

“We are charged with understanding what’s happening in the ESG space,” Khalil Williams told the reporter. “It’s a lot of issue-spotting and it’s a lot of making sure everyone is on the same page in a space that’s growing rapidly.”

Williams, April Hamlin, and Lorene Boudreau, who are also mentioned in the piece, are all members of Ballard Spahr's ESG Working Group.
