Alyssa Domzal Named Co-Chair of ULI Baltimore’s Revitalization & Reuse Product Council

November 13, 2019

Ballard Spahr real estate attorney Alyssa Domzal, who represents owners, developers, and investors in commercial real estate transactions, has been named co-chair of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Baltimore’s Revitalization & Reuse Product Council.

ULI’s U.S. Product Councils provide for an exchange of ideas and information on the responsible use of land. The Revitalization and Reuse Council works to explore best practices in the disciplines of rehabilitation, green retrofits, and adaptive reuse of existing buildings, as well as the redevelopment of previously developed land that has fallen into disuse.

The Council’s first session, to be held on November 14, will examine the revitalization and adaptive reuse in Baltimore’s Station North Arts District, which includes the Charles North, Greenmount West, and Barclay Station neighborhoods.

Ms. Domzal counsels clients in acquisitions and dispositions, site development and construction, project financing, and leasing matters. She also represents clients in land use, zoning, and other entitlement matters before administrative bodies, such as planning commissions and zoning appeals boards.
