The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released its long-awaited disparate impact rule under the Fair Housing Act, and the final rule has provoked significant controversy. In this webinar, we will discuss the provisions of the final rule, the potential impact of the rule on FHA and ECOA, and potential threats to the new rule via litigation or after a potential administration change.
