Join us as we discuss how social media has changed the game for advertising with the rise of influencer culture. This program will provide an overview of the FTC regulatory scheme and policy statements, explore the concept of a “claim” and claim substantiation, and highlight both best practices and risks in light of the California Consumer Privacy Act when using contemporary advertising approaches, such as social media influencers.
