As Ballard Spahr’s Chief of Real Estate and Office Operations, Lynne Pierce directs all operations of the firm’s 15 offices, including direct support, outsourcing, procurement, firm events, sustainability, and travel services. Lynne also oversees the full life cycle of the firm’s 600,000-square-foot real estate portfolio, including real estate site selection, lease negotiations, lease administration, and design, construction, and space utilization. Lynne focuses on incorporating well-being into space design, while ensuring that space promotes collaboration, and provides opportunities for each person to do their best work.
