As Ballard Spahr’s Chief Practice Management Officer, Elizabeth Morgan focuses the firm’s practice management initiatives on enhancing financial performance and achieving operational excellence. She serves on the firm’s Senior Leadership Team.
Beth brings more than two decades of experience at Ballard Spahr to her leadership of a team of professionals specializing in practice economics, pricing, and practice operations. She also leads special projects, including serving on the steering committee facilitating the firm’s integration with Lane Powell, a combination that brought more than 150 attorneys in three new markets to the firm.
Before assuming her current role, Beth served as Director of Practice Management for the firm’s national Litigation Department. In that capacity, she was responsible for managing the department's financial health, internal organization, business development, lateral integration, and professional development. She began her career at Ballard Spahr as a Business Development Manager, working with both transactional and litigation practices and establishing a foundation for her acumen in strategic practice management.
