Anjie Zhi

Anjie Zhi is an associate in the Finance Department, with a focus on real estate finance and real estate law. Her practice includes preparing and reviewing a variety of financing and loan servicing documents for multifamily loans, construction loans and bridge loans. Anjie also practices general real estate law and assists with leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and related contract matters. Anjie has experience with representing various commercial owners of industrial, office and retail properties, as well as data center providers in their leasing, acquisition and financing activities.
