
Kimberly R. Watkins is a real estate attorney whose practice centers on commercial real estate development including leasing, property acquisition, financing, zoning, land-use, construction management, and creation and governance of mixed-use properties. Kim also has corporate experience including organizing entities, corporate governance, and merger and acquisition work.
During law school, Kim held several clerkships and internships. In those positions, she assisted in reviewing and revising a variety of corporate, employment, and real estate contracts, estate planning documents, and did some litigation and investigation work. She assisted an in house legal team at a large technology company and worked for the U.S. Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division, Immigrant and Employee Rights Section.
