Bryan Walker is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses his practice on corporate matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Bryan was a contract attorney at a remote law firm, where he reviewed, drafted, and negotiated confidentiality agreements for Fortune 500 financial institutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and client-specific terms. In this role, he managed complex workflow processes across multiple workstreams and assisted with firmwide AI integration.
Bryan also worked in the California office of a global law firm, where he represented public and private company clients in complex M&A transactions and strategic corporate matters. While attending law school, Bryan gained additional experience through summer associate positions.
Before beginning his legal career, Bryan served in the U.S. Navy as a shift engineer in the Naval Nuclear Power Training Unit and a submarine warfare officer on the USS Nevada. He earned the Naval Achievement Medal for Outstanding Leadership and Performance.
