Nonye Ukoh is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing her practice on housing finance matters. She has worked on a variety of multi-million dollar transactional real estate matters, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements for commercial projects and real estate transactions valued between $5 million and $450 million; representing private equity firms in project analysis and investment stages for venture capital and commercial real estate development projects; and representing lenders, banks and borrowers in multiple loan transactions with an approximate value of $300 million.

Nonye has also provided legal assistance to small businesses, social enterprises and nonprofits; as well as, represented clients seeking formation, regulatory compliance and advice on basic intellectual property issues, tax matters, and related legal issues.
