Stacey C. Tyler is an experienced practitioner in all manner of real estate transactions, including financings, purchases and sales, leasing, and joint ventures. Her clients range from institutional lenders and private equity funds to technology startups, and her work spans all 50 states.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Stacey practiced general real estate law as senior counsel at an Am Law 200 firm, where she drafted and negotiated loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint venture agreements, and other transactional documents with respect to all asset classes.
