David Tse is an associate in the firm’s national Finance Department who focuses his practice on housing and real estate finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, David worked at an Am Law 100 law firm, where he represented financial institutions, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and funds in connection with mortgage loans and property acquisitions and dispositions. He performed due diligence, coordinated and conducted transaction closings, and advised clients on post-closing and ongoing matters.
While attending law school, David was a legal intern for Pacers Sports & Entertainment. In this role, he engaged in legal review of Indiana gaming and sweepstakes regulations for stadium promotional activities, authored memos on state-to-state trends, and conducted research on shifting legal requirements.
