  • E, H, I, J, L, O, P, and TN visas;
  • Employment-based permanent residence, including EB-1 and National Interest Waiver petitions and PERM Labor Certification (EB-2 and EB-3);
  • I-130 petitions for the relatives of U.S. citizens and residents; and
  • Requests for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), Deferred Action, Satisfactory Departure, Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile (SIJ) classification, and immigration-related litigation.

Juan is also recognized for successfully challenging and overturning complex immigration denials before the Department of Labor and the Administrative Appeals Office. In addition to his corporate practice, Juan maintains an active pro bono docket supporting vulnerable immigrant communities before the Department of Homeland Security and in Immigration Court.
