Joshua R. Salzer

Josh Salzer is an associate in the firm's Business and Transactions Department. He advises private and public companies on a wide range of corporate transactions and general business matters.

Josh's practice primarily focuses on mergers and acquisitions, where he counsels clients through all phases of complex transactions in deals spanning a variety of industries and transaction sizes. In addition to his M&A work, Josh advises clients on corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, joint ventures, and other general corporate matters. 

Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Josh worked at a leading boutique law firm where he advised health care clients on practice acquisitions and sales, the forming and structuring of organizations, and other business matters. Josh gained additional experience at a Delaware firm, where he advised clients on Delaware law as it pertains to limited liability companies and limited partnerships.
