
Eric Sable is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department, focusing on trademarks and copyrights. He has experience conducting ex parte examinations of trademark applications, drafting various letters and memoranda, researching legal issues, and participating in administrative and judicial hearings at the forefront of intellectual property disputes.
Prior to his role at Ballard Spahr, Eric was a Trademark Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
