Kathleen S. Radich

Kathleen Radich is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses her practice on corporate matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, she was assistant general counsel for Temple University Health System, Inc.

While attending law school, Katie gained experience through legal internships with the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Global Rights Compliance, and the International Association of Women Judges. Additionally, she worked as a legal administrative specialist for the Internal Revenue Service.
