Bryan has more than 35 years of experience advising owners, developers, investors, institutions, and lenders on all aspects of real estate investment, development, financing, leasing, and operations. He has experience counseling clients on industrial, office and retail mixed-use development, private/public redevelopment, senior housing projects and real estate financing, including joint venturing, deal structuring, sales and acquisitions, leasing, and management.
Bryan routinely assists developer, investor, and lender clients in business deal structuring and in finding creative financing solutions for challenging projects. He combines technical legal prowess with a practical approach to fully understand the parties' business needs and objectives, enabling him to put complex deals together or orchestrate the restructuring of troubled projects with positive results.
