Roberto Arya Porras is a Finance associate based in the firm’s New York office who focuses his practice on housing finance matters. While attending law school, he spent both his summers working in Real Estate focused practices, where he drafted documents ranging from limited partnership agreements to purchase and sale agreements.
Roberto also has experience with reviewing organizational documents, analyzing title matters, conducting due diligence, and drafting loan documents for real estate transactions.

Pro Bono Experience
In his third year of law school, Roberto undertook an externship at Dejusticia, a nonprofit legal organization located in Bogota, Colombia. During the course of his externship, Roberto worked on matters ranging from armed-conflict resolution to international treaty law.
