Gabrielle Pludo is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Department who focuses her practice on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. As a summer associate at Ballard Spahr, Gabrielle researched and drafted memoranda on a wide variety of intellectual property issues.

While in law school, Gabrielle joined the inaugural cohort of Villanova’s Intellectual Property Law Clinic to provide pro bono legal counsel to recent graduates and emerging entrepreneurs regarding patent and trademark prosecution under the supervision of a former U.S. Patent and Trademark Office supervisory patent examiner. She also gained valuable experience as a law clerk at a boutique intellectual property law firm. Prior to law school, Gabrielle worked as a client service representative at a workers’ compensation law firm.
