Tracy Plott is a member of the firm’s national Real Estate Department with over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions. She focuses her practice on all aspects of transactional real estate work such as matters involving the acquisition, disposition, and development of various properties, including retail, industrial, office, multifamily, hotel, and condominium spaces. She also handles asset-based financing, restructuring debt obligations, bond financing, joint ventures, loan syndication, limited partnerships, permanent and mezzanine-lending, construction, and leasing.
Prior to rejoining Ballard Spahr, Tracy was Partner at an Am Law 100 firm, where she represented clients on a wide range of real estate finance matters such as student housing projects, condominiums, hotels, mixed-use developments, senior living properties, and office buildings.
