Maren Parry's practice is focused primarily in real estate, specializing in land use/zoning, development and transactions involving gaming properties, and the coordination of development and redevelopment approvals with local governments. Her concurrent practice in the areas of gaming, liquor, and privileged licensing provides insight into the regulatory approvals associated with significant real estate transactions across the State of Nevada.

Representative Matters
- Advises national gaming Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on real estate and development matters for a major Tropicana-site redevelopment supporting a planned Las Vegas MLB stadium (approximately 30,000 seats) on a 9-acre portion of a larger 35-acre site. Coordinates across multiple stakeholders and public agencies to advance land-use approvals, zoning and entitlement strategy, easements, and core development agreements on behalf of property owner for coordinated site development.
- Advises national gaming REIT on Nevada real estate and regulatory matters, including approvals tied to major acquisitions and lease agreements for significant property portfolios in Nevada, with emphasis on Las Vegas Strip.
- Advised a theme park and entertainment project in Las Vegas on pre-opening readiness, combining licensing and operational compliance with project-related real estate and development support. Managed liquor and business licensing, disclosure filings, and specialized permits, coordinating closely with City of Las Vegas officials, and third parties to support a smooth opening and ongoing compliance.
