Lindsey Parker focuses his practice on the acquisition, development, and registration of timeshare resorts at the national and international level. His practice also emphasizes condominium development, zoning and entitlements, consumer purchase and financing documents for vacation offerings, regulatory analysis of laws affecting the timeshare industry, and the creation of new travel and vacation products.
- Lead associate in the development of a North Carolina timeshare resort. Work included drafting the underlying condominium governing and corporate documents, negotiating easements and use agreements, title work, and coordinating the successful closing of the project.
- Lead associate in the stock and asset acquisition of an international timeshare company. Work included managing the analysis of the timeshare structure, coordinating title work, drafting closing deliverables, and overseeing the registration of the timeshare plan in multiple domestic and international jurisdictions.
- Lead associate in maintaining the registrations of an international timeshare company across the United States.
