Anna Otsuka

Anna Otsuka is a Business and Transactions associate who focuses her practice on senior living and long-term care. She is also well-versed in drafting and implementing master agreements for corporate use within cross-functional teams and third-party vendors. Anna additionally worked with her prior employer on a records expungement program for employees to improve their opportunities for hiring.
