Ray Nguyen is an intellectual property lawyer whose practice spans all manner of trademark, trade dress, false advertising, copyright, trade secret, and patent disputes and litigation. He uses his background in law and science to analyze complex issues and disagreements and to devise strategies for favorable resolution for clients. Ray has handled matters for clients in a variety of industry fields including finance, logistics, biotechnology, software, entertainment, and food and beverage.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Ray worked as a biotechnology laboratory manager and a clinical research coordinator. During law school, Ray was a legal intern for a large pharmaceutical company and a member of Temple University’s Moot Court Competition Team.
