Raymond Nguyen is an intellectual property lawyer who focuses on IP disputes and litigation. He uses his background in law and science to analyze complex issues and disagreements and to devise strategies for favorable resolution for clients. Raymond has specific experience with IP issues in the life sciences industry.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Raymond worked as a biotechnology laboratory manager and a clinical research coordinator. During law school, Raymond was a legal intern for a large pharmaceutical company and a member of Temple University’s Moot Court Competition Team.
