Natalie Nelson is a finance associate who focuses her practice on housing and real estate finance matters. She has experience advising banks, financial institutions, equity investors, and community development entities on federal and state tax credits. Natalie also assists clients with matters involving the acquisition, development, and financing of various real estate projects.
Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Natalie worked at a Chambers-ranked law firm, where she supported lenders and financial institutions with commercial lending transactions and affordable housing projects.
