Macey Muller is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department, focusing on housing finance matters. She represents national lenders in the financing of multifamily real estate projects. In this role, Macey primarily represents lenders in the origination and sale of loans secured by multifamily real estate projects to secondary market investors, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.
Macey has experience in drafting loan agreements, purchase agreements, and other corporate and transactional documents in a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactional matters. She also has experience in analyzing and resolving complex title and survey issues.
