Mike Morgan has more than 40 years of experience representing major publicly and privately held companies in a wide range of business transactions including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, private equity and various venture capital investments, proxy contests and strategic relationships. 

Mike is one of the most recognized lawyers in the Pacific Northwest, acting as regular outside counsel to well-known companies including Nordstrom, Inc., Bank of Hawaii Corporation, and New Wave Group AB.
