James Edward Mills has experience in matters across land use and development, corporate financing, federal securities, private equity, and M&A.

James formerly worked as a summer associate at Ballard Spahr. Prior to that, he interned at the headquarters of the U.S. Office of Special Counsel. James served for four years in the U.S. Marine Corps, achieving the rank of Company Executive Officer.
