Timothy Middleton is a Finance associate who focuses his practice on public finance matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Timothy worked at a New Jersey law firm where he drafted memoranda, closing documents, Preliminary Official Statements, Official Statements, and various bond ordinances and resolutions in accordance with client needs. He also conducted legal research relevant to local bond law and local budget law in this role.
Timothy gained additional experience as an international tax associate at the New York office of a multinational professional services network company, as well as through a judicial externship at a Washington, D.C., law firm.
