Manny Marcos is an associate in the firm’s Finance Department who focuses his practice on real estate matters. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, he worked at a global-reaching law firm, where he drafted and negotiated loan documents for mortgage and mezzanine financing of multifamily, mixed-use, hotel, industrial, and other commercial properties throughout the country. He also drafted and negotiated purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and various other real estate contracts.
While attending law school, Manny served as a legal intern in the Real Estate Finance Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General.
