Ann T. Loftus

Senior Counsel

Ann Loftus has more than 30 years of experience advising tax-exempt organizations on the spectrum of nonprofit legal, fiduciary, and governance matters, as well as in planning and administration of estates and trusts.

Ann represents national, regional, and local nonprofit organizations, charitable trusts, and private foundations in corporate matters, obtaining and maintaining tax-exempt status, managing endowment funds, and raising charitable funds. She advises her nonprofit clients on cause-related marketing and planned giving programs, including charitable remainder trusts, charitable gift annuities, and pooled income funds.
