Shira Levin has been practicing law since 1992 and focuses her practice on commercial real estate and senior housing transactions.
Shira has a broad range of experience in commercial real estate. She has represented institutional lenders, pension funds, insurance companies, and health care companies in a wide spectrum of complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, sales, sale/leasebacks, loan financing, corporate structuring, and commercial leasing.
Since 2005, Shira has represented K&Y Investments, Inc., O&M Investments, LLC, and their affiliated companies in connection with the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of more than 200 skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. In addition to representing O&M in connection with new acquisitions, Shira continues to serve the legal needs of K&Y and O&M and their collective portfolio of 100 health care facilities located in 10 states.
