Harry A. Levin

Harry Levin is an associate in the firm’s Business and Transactions Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions matters. He has experience drafting memoranda and reviewing documents for a variety of areas including emerging company transactions, privacy regulations, and intellectual property matters.

While in law school, Harry served as a legal intern in the Office of General Counsel at the Federal Communications Commission, where he wrote memoranda summarizing statutes, cases, executive orders, administrative materials, and legislative history to support ongoing litigation, rulemaking, and policy matters.
