Among the many notable cases in which Brian has appeared as lead counsel, he has represented national retailers, technology companies, innovative startups, and medical technology firms, including:

  • Express Mobile, Inc. v. GoDaddy.com, LLC (D. Del.) Successfully led trial and appellate team for GoDaddy in complex, eight-year patent dispute involving two jury trials to verdict and multiple appeals to the Federal Circuit.
  • IMS Health Inc. v. Symphony Health Solutions Corp. (D. Del.) Led trial and IPR teams in complex patent case over medical technology patents, resulting in very favorable, global settlement after successful ruling in Delaware trial court and PTAB.
  • BBK International v. Central Coast Agriculture (D. Ariz.) Co-led trial team to defense verdict for defendant in bet the farm IP jury trial with substantial assets on the line, preserving entire market channel for products and resolving multi-year IP dispute.
